Fit Foodz Café – Meal Plan – Monthly Lean Options & Specials!

How It Works:

• Meals are ordered weekly
• Starting at $12 per meal
• 10-meal minimum per order (customers may always purchase more)
• Orders must be submitted by Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon)
• Pickup is Saturday only, between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Fresh, ready-to-go meals — no cooking, no prep

Menu Variety & Flexibility:

• Monthly rotating menu with the ability to change selections weekly
• Choose from our Lean Menu for simple protein/carb/veggie combinations prepared with very light seasoning. These meals are intentionally kept more plain and simple, making them perfect for those who prefer to control their own flavors. Enjoy them as-is, dress them up with your favorite sauces or aiolis.
• Looking for more flavor and variety? Choose from our Specials & Fit Foodz Favorites, featuring more seasoned and flavorful dishes inspired by our everyday café menu.
• Mix and match between Lean options and Specials to create a meal plan that works for you.
• All meals are macro-balanced and clearly labeled

Packaging, Storage & Portions:

• Each meal is served in a 24 oz container
• Containers are microwavable & freezer safe
• We recommend refrigerating the meals you’ll eat first and freezing the rest for maximum freshness
